• DBFSI Construction, LLC was created at the request of the clients of our sister company, Design Build Facility Solutions, Inc., to fulfill the needs that larger contractors were not able to complete competitively.  We have steadily grown by word of mouth and based on our reputation as an advocate for our customers.

• Design Build Facility Solutions, Inc. is a Construction Management Company whose beginnings originated assisting small Credit Unions with expansion plans. The company provides full-service consulting, project management and consulting services with the knowledge and experience to also understand when to bring in specialty contractors if needed. Today, Design Build Facility Solutions, Inc. has completed over 50 major projects and dozens more special projects as the owner’s representative for banks, credit unions, and retail facilities in Florida, Alabama and Georgia.
